Yesterday may have seemed unproductive, but I got most of the calls I needed made, and started the research for some other projects we want to do – all while just kicking back on the new deck. In fact, I don’t have much time to write today because the plumber should be arriving in about 20 minutes so see the scope of the project, and potentially, start on it today. It will be nice to be able to water my outdoor plants without someone having to run downstairs and bypass the water softener, and then not be able to use any of the water using appliances while doing so. With an always bypassed spigot dumping straight well water, I can also set up my irrigation system with timers and such making weekend getaways much easier to plan.
The additional plant trays I ordered are supposed to be here tomorrow, so hopefully I’ll be able to get most of the necessary transplanting done this weekend. I have the pots and probably enough soil to get the immediate need transplants done.
