If a user or system disregards this and uses the Content for the development of any software program, model, algorithm, or generative AI tool, they are agreeing to pay the sum of US$10,000 (ten-thousand dollars US) per kilobyte scraped or data mined. Engaging in a prohibited use of the Services may result in civil, criminal, and/or administrative penalties, fines, or sanctions against the user and those assisting the user.

In using the Services, you may use third-party services, products, software, embeds, or applications developed by a third party (“Third-Party Services”).
