My new watch is arriving today! Seems my buddy who secured it for me chose to send it overnight because he knew how excited I was for it. I really want to do something nice for him – but I can’t figure out what. He seems pretty similar to me in the sense that if there’s something I want, I figure out how and get it.
This guy is one of the most genuinely nice people I’ve met, and probably the smartest as well. I mentioned a local delicacy he should try before he went on a trip to Hawaii, and he ended up bringing several pounds of it back for me. Another time he just randomly ordered and several pounds of it sent to me as a surprise – just a guy doing things to be nice to others. I’m not going to talk to much about him here, because although I never told him the address, if some dipshit Libertarian found this, I know my friend could without any difficulty.
I finished the repotting I needed to get done, but still have to get some rooted cuttings into soil. Since these are tomatoes I am overwintering, I need to be sure to give them enough space to grow, but I also need to leave enough space free to do all my seed starts in a few months. I really need to get the greenhouse built.
Anyhow, stuff to do and a UPS driver to ambush…
