I didn’t practice bass yesterday, but I did run to town and get the garlic. I went to my office to practice and realized/remembered I stopped because the cable for my wireless receiver needed repair. I could have used a regular cable, but they buzz and I don’t like how they tangle with my monitors. I did, however, dig out my soldering kit and the cable repair is on today’s agenda.
The run to town took longer than planned – the issue with traction control and anti-lock brakes happened again. When the light came on, I was still in town so immediately went to the shop so they could pull data – it flagged the same problem as before. We thought we had fixed the issue by replacing the tire speed sensor, but apparently not. There are a couple other possibilities, but we won’t know what is wrong for certain until they get a better look so I have an appointment next week for the inspection. I need the 150,000 mile maintenance anyway, so hopefully all that can be resolved in one shot.
Not likely, but one can hope.
Yesterday’s delay ate up my time so I didn’t peel the garlic yet, and I need to get that done. I also need to repair my wireless transmitter cable so I can practice bass again.
I’d better get to it…
