I didn’t do much of anything yesterday other than relax, being a drugged up lump. The muscle relaxant I take makes me loopy and tired, but it is the only one that has really worked. It’s the only one that stops the spasms and relaxes the tension, which in turn, relieves the nerve pain. All I really wanted to do was sleep, but I didn’t want to screw up my sleep cycle.
I ended up gaming a bit. I tried reading and catching up on a show, but I kept falling asleep and needed something more engaging. Even that had a difficult time keeping me awake, but I managed and ended up going to bed a couple hours earlier than I usually do.
So not a lot to report on yesterday – probably wont be much to report about today either. I’m not taking my medication early like yesterday, but am still going to try to relax somewhat and spare myself the pain…
