I got a late start on writing today and I’m pretty wiped. I remembered a couple outside chores I needed to complete before winter fully set in – unhooking and pulling the hoses for winter storage. I also needed to throw straw over some of the planters, so I got that finished today. Doing so, I saw that there were a bunch of new chamomile seedlings starting, so I hope with the insulation, they will survive the winter and I will have a good start to the growing season come spring. All I have left outside now are the last two bundled up tomatoes and the cucumbers that I left to decay to collect the seed (though the deer have been clearing those out).
Anyhow, because of the late start and things I had to take care of, I don’t have much to say today. I’m mostly just tired and need to ice my back.
