Late start today – the local power company had to do some maintenance and out power was out for nearly 4 hours… I haven’t even had my shower yet! We had read the bulletin but the wording led us to believe that the outage was going to cover a different area, so to be perfectly honest, I didn’t prepare the way I would have for a planned outage, and had to revert to our “emergency procedures.”
Power is finally back, and I’ve waited a bit to give the water heater time to heat the tank up again. Not much on my mind right now except the desire to hop in the shower so…
