JFC I hate AI phone attendants. My GrapheneOS phone was not working, and I had to call in to Verizon which took ~15 minutes before I could even get to a human. Not sure what caused the issue, but resetting the network settings did the job… after nearly an hour and a half on the phone with them.
We went to a Con in the city over the weekend, and my wife got to meet and take a photograph with an actor from one of her favorite shows, and the boy got to take one with the Leatherface actor. We also did a mini escape room (10 minute timer and single portable room). It was a pretty fun day, but the Con was pretty small (what do you expect in rural Montana) and we were able to see and do everything in about three hours. But the main reason I wanted to attend was to support the Con and encourage them to keep them going – you don’t get something as big as the San Diego Comicon overnight.
Anyhow, that Verizon call ate up most of my free time and put me in a foul mood, so…
