Soooooo…. I didn’t get to the emails nor finished all the seed starts. The planting was somewhat intentional – I had to rehydrate the additional peat pods my wife picked up in town and I didn’t want to start the project with everything ready to go so I wouldn’t have to pause in the middle. Then Sunday we just vegged out completely.
Sunday we slept in/stayed in bed until almost one in the afternoon. We both had woken up earlier and turned off alarms, but instead of sitting up, we ended up snuggling up and fell back asleep. With no additional alarms set… well, we stayed that way until we both woke up and realized the time. It was actually quite nice, not that I would want to make a habit out of it, but it felt good to just rest and relax together like that. I did end up having a difficult time falling asleep that night, however.
Today is the day to finish all the seed starts. I have 110 hydrated peat pots in trays ready to go and bags of different seed to plant. Hopefully it won’t take me too long to complete, but on that note…
