Gives me a migraine headache…

Another sick day, but I think I’m on the mend. Everything is still concentrated in my sinuses, but the meds make me loopy and groggy. I think the actual “sick” part is over, but am now dealing with tremendous sinus headaches as everything is trying to drain. Except it isn’t draining – it’s in that stage of super-sticky snot that doesn’t want to leave no matter how hard I blow my nose. I’ll likely have to try one of those “upside-down neti” rinses, where I tip my head down to let the salt solution get deeper into my sinuses to clear this gunk out.

Anyhow, enough of this for now – the light irritates my headache and I just want to close my eyes.
