Well I think we found our new contractor. Seems like a good guy, his rates are decent, and most importantly, he understood and chuckled at my “Heemeyer\/Weaver 2024” t-shirt. We spent several hours showing him the property and going over all the projects we want to do – some he’d work on, other’s not, but he would need to know about our future plans so that he could plan and advise around them too. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’ve been doing well with reducing my social media screen time, but that also tends to keep me out of the loop on whatever current events are happening.
